Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Omaha Sports & Games, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned equipment and apparel are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
